Herzogenrath Secondary School

The secondary school at the Herzogenrath school complex (comprising a vocational school, secondary school, canteen, and sports facilities) requires expansion. This will be accomplished with a three-story building featuring learning areas and cluster structures.

Site access will be established via an access road through the adjacent agricultural land to avoid disturbing the aesthetic appeal of the school’s park-like grounds and to ensure safety within the pedestrian-only school campus.

Planning will commence in November 2025, with construction scheduled to begin in June 2026. The total cost for the expansion of this secondary school is estimated at €4.5 million. Completion is planned for October 2027.
