The office was founded in 1963 by Rudolf Sandhoff in Aachen and continued in partnership with Helmut Heuer and Reinhard Sonntag from 1991. From 1997, Helmut Heuer and Hans-J\u00fcrgen Faust continued the office together as a GbR, and from 2017 as a PartG mbB. Today, the team comprises over 20 employees. <\/p>

Our field of activity encompasses the entire spectrum of architectural topics, with a focus on school and cultural buildings, administrative and commercial buildings, covering both new construction and renovation (monument preservation).<\/p>

As a philosophy, the architectural firm not only embraces the design of architecturally sophisticated solutions but also the optimization of usage and administrative processes and the improvement of working and living qualities, based on design, functional, ecological, and economic conceptual ideas. Many pilot projects have also been realized in dialogue with users and clients. <\/p>

The basis for our success is interdisciplinary collaboration with a wide range of specialists in close cooperation with clients and users, as well as the continuous search for new, contemporary concepts and materials, taking intelligent energy concepts into account.<\/p>
